Diego Lattanzio ("we", "us", or "our") develops mobile video games for mobile app stores. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the information of users who play our games available on Google Play and other mobile app stores. - Messages you send in in-game chats, and reports you submit about other players (in games with online features).

When you use our games, we may automatically collect:
- Device data, such as model, operating system, language, and unique identifiers (IDFA, Android ID).
- Usage information, such as playtime, in-game interactions, and events.
- Game data, such as scores, rankings, match history, and an account identifier created automatically to play online.
- IP address and approximate location.
- Performance and error-related data through Google Firebase.
1.3. Third-Party Data
We may receive information from third parties, such as:
- Sign-in providers and social networks (e.g., Apple, Google or Facebook) to obtain your name, email address, and profile picture URL if you choose to log in through their platform.
- App distribution platforms, ad networks, and analytics services.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information collected to:
- Provide and improve our games.
- Operate online features, such as multiplayer matches, chats, and leaderboards.
- Moderate chats and review reports from players, to keep the community safe and prevent cheating.
- Personalize the user experience.
- Send communications related to updates, support, or promotions (where permitted).
- Display personalized or non-personalized ads in compliance with applicable regulations (via Google AdMob).
- Analyze game usage and monitor errors (via Google Firebase).
- Comply with legal requirements or prevent fraudulent activities.
3. Information Sharing
We only share information in the following cases:
- With Other Players: In games with online features, your username, avatar or profile picture, scores, rankings, and chat messages are visible to other players.
- With Service Providers: To analyze game usage (Google Firebase), display ads (Google AdMob), or host, store, and monitor our servers (hosting and monitoring providers, which may receive data such as IP addresses in server logs). These providers may process data in countries other than yours.
- With Social Networks: If you choose to log in using Google or Facebook, we may share basic data necessary for authentication.
- For Legal Reasons: If required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
In games with online features (multiplayer matches, chats, player names, and room names), you must follow these rules. Do not:
- Insult, harass, threaten, or bully other players.
- Post sexual or violent content, or content that promotes hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
- Use offensive or inappropriate player names, room names, or profile pictures.
- Impersonate other people, including other players, the developer, or public figures.
- Send spam or advertising, or promote illegal activities.
- Share personal information, your own or anyone else's, such as addresses, phone numbers, or passwords.
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated programs to play.
We cannot review every message before it is posted. You can mute any player, and report them from their profile in the game or by writing to [email protected]. We review reports and, when these rules are broken, we may remove content, change names, restrict access to chats or online features, or suspend or delete accounts, without prior notice.
5. Legal Basis for Data Processing
Depending on your location, we process your data under the following legal bases:
- Consent: To collect data such as advertising identifiers and social network data.
- Contract Performance: When necessary to provide the game.
- Legitimate Interests: To analyze and improve our games, keep them secure, and moderate online features.

7. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We keep your information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Account and game data: While your account is active. Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the game.
- Chat messages: They are not stored permanently, except for the recent messages attached to a report, which are kept with the report for as long as needed to review it and prevent abuse.
- Server logs: For a limited period, generally no longer than 30 days.
- Analytics data: According to the retention settings of Google Firebase.
In games with online accounts, you can delete your account at any time from the game's settings, or by writing to [email protected] from your account's email address or with your username (no need to reinstall the game). When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymize your profile, scores, and sign-in data. Anonymized match history may be kept for statistics and fair play, and we may keep information when required by law.
8. Information Protection
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. However, no data transmission is entirely secure.
9. Use by Minors
Our games are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without verifiable parental or guardian consent. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Advertising Networks and Third-Party Technologies
Our games may include technologies such as cookies, SDKs, and third-party APIs. These tools may collect information to display ads or analyze game performance.
